01 Inquire
Get in touch by entering a few quick details into our enquiry form. If we are available for the requested date, we will send our rate card and schedule a virtual meeting.
02 Meeting
This meeting will focus on introductions and an in-depth discussion of your wedding vision. We will review your moodboard, Pinterest boards or inspiration images, colour palette, and overall wedding theme in detail.
03 Proposal
A custom proposal consisting of a moodboard, florals, colour palette and quotation will be delivered. This stays flexible until you're confident and satisfied. We prioritize transparency and honesty so you can feel confident and comfortable every step of the way.
04 Payment
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll proceed with invoicing and request a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Please note that booking priority is given to clients who have paid the deposit, regardless of enquiry date.
05 Check Ins to Actual Day
We will check in on how everything is coming together and ticking off checklists as you prepare for your wedding. We will also order your flowers! From there, all that’s left is for you to sit back, relax, and look forward to the big day.
Frequently asked questions
When is the best time to enquire?
We recommend enquiring 3–6 months in advance, with bookings accepted up to 12 months ahead. To ensure seamless planning and preferred availability, we advise securing your key vendors once your wedding venue has been confirmed.
What are the payment methods?
We accept bank transfer and PayNow for essential wedding florals. An initial payment of 50% non-refundable deposit is required for booking confirmation. The remaining payment is to be completed 2 weeks before your wedding.
For orders below $700, full payment is required to book our services.

To ensure your wedding flowers remain fresh and beautiful, we will provide appropriate containers and care instructions for personal flowers.
Bridal & Bridesmaids’ Bouquets:
Each bouquet will be placed in a vase with water. Keep bouquets in an air-conditioned room
Boutonnieres & Corsages:
Boutonnieres and corsages will be carefully packed in containers and can be stored in the refrigerator
Bridal Car Decoration:
Please ensure there is no wax or polish on the vehicle’s surface prior to the setup.
To maintain the longevity of the florals, we recommend parking the vehicle in a sheltered area and avoiding driving after the decoration has been installed. Please keep the speed moderate (approximately 70–80 km/h).
