A google meeting consultation will be scheduled for introduction and further discussion of venue decor. After reviewing floral items, a custom proposal + quote will be provided.

We prioritize transparency and honesty, so you can feel confident and comfortable every step of the way.

50% non-refundable deposit is required for booking confirmation for all wedding packages. The remaining payment is to be completed 2 weeks / 1 month before the event date. Booking priorities are given to those who have completed the booking deposit, regardless of the enquiry date. Full payment is required for orders under $700.

Payment methods accepted include bank transfer and Paynow for essential wedding florals, venue decorations, car decorations and bespoke bouquets. Credit card payments are only available for website purchases.

We kick off the day by delivering florals to your wedding venue. From there, it’s time for you to soak in the beauty and enjoy every moment!

Air conditioned temperature is sufficient for bridal bouquets. Avoid keeping it in the fridge especially if raw foods are present.

Vases are provided. Please keep it with you and leave the bouquet in it for consistent moisture.

Any flowers provided in containers (eg. boutonnieres, corsages, hair flowers) are recommended to be kept in the fridge for longevity.

For bridal car decoration, ensure the car is washed and the surface does not have any wax/polish. After installation, ensure the driving speed is slow and the vehicle is parked in sheltered area/away from direct sunlight.
