Can I request specific time delivery?
Surcharges will be applied to smaller time range deliveries and specific time deliveries. Kindly reach out to us for more information.
What happens if the recipient is not around during delivery?
If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe place (e.g., with a receptionist, or at the doorstep) whenever possible. We highly recommend to select time slot where someone is around to receive the delivery.
Will there be charges for re-delivery?
Yes, if re-delivery is required due to the wrong address or flowers are not accepted, a re-delivery fee will apply.
What if I provided the wrong delivery address?
Please inform us as soon as possible if there are any changes to the delivery address. While we will do our best to accommodate, kindly note that during peak periods (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), we may not be able to change the delivery location once your order is in process.

Can I customize my order or bouquet?
Yes, absolutely. You may share your preferred colors, flower types, or style inspiration with us, and our florists will craft a bespoke arrangement. Please contact us on Whatsapp before placing your order online. We will not process your order request if prior notice is not given.
Could you provide us with a mock up this arrangement / duplicate this flower bouquet exactly?
Please note that we do not offer mock-ups or sample arrangements in advance. Each of our designs is thoughtfully created to reflect your unique vision and preferences.

How long do fresh flowers last?
On average, fresh flowers can last 3–5 days, depending on the flower type, room temperature, and care. Premium blooms such as roses, lilies, and orchids may last longer under the right conditions.
How can I care for my flowers to make them last longer?
- Remove flowers from wrapping papers and cut off 1 inch at a 45 angle
- Place flowers hydrated in a vase while changing the water and trimming the flowers every 1–2 days
- Keep flowers in a cool environment (ac room), away from direct sunlight, heat, or strong drafts
- Remove any wilted petals or leaves to prevent bacteria from spreading

Can I cancel or refund my order?
All booking and orders are strictly inexchangeable or non-refundable once payment is completed.
How many days in advance should I place my order?
For standard bouquets, orders can be placed 2 days in advance (subject to availability). For customized arrangements, we recommend placing your order at least 3–5 days ahead to allow us time to source the freshest flowers.
I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email.
A confirmation email is sent automatically once your order is successfully placed. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
If it is still not received within an hour, kindly contact us with your order details and we will assist you.
