Can I get a refund of an order?

All bookings and orders are not exchangeable or refundable once payment is completed.

How do I place a customized order?

For customization requests, please contact us on Whatsapp before placing your order online. Let us know your preferences and budget range and we will provide a separate invoice for payment. We will not process your order request if prior notice is not given.

Can I select specific time delivery?

Surcharges will be applied to smaller time range deliveries and specific time deliveries. Kindly reach out to us for more information.

Could you provide us with a mock up this arrangement / duplicate this flower bouquet exactly?

Please note that we do not offer mock-ups or sample arrangements in advance. Each of our designs is thoughtfully created to reflect your unique vision and preferences.

We use your inspiration photos as a creative guide, while allowing space for artistry and seasonal availability to shape the final result.

How long can these flowers last?

For fresh flowers:

Generally 3-5 days if maintained in cooler conditions.

For preserved flowers:

Up to 6 months to a year if kept in dry conditions.

How can I take care of the flowers?

For fresh flowers:

Remove any wrappers and cut flower stems diagonally before placing in a vase of fresh water. The quality of fresh cut flowers can be maintained in cooler and shaded environments.

For preserved flowers:

Keep them away from direct sunlight and water. Avoid crushing, pressing or folding the flower petals as they are fragile. The colors tend to fade/turn transparent over time. Gently wipe the flowers with a dry tissue to clean the flowers.
