• An omakase bouquet is where you leave the flower selection and arrangement entirely to the florist, meaning "I'll leave it up to you" in Japanese. This allows for a unique and surprising bouquet, as the florist chooses the flowers based on what's fresh and available, resulting in a one-of-a-kind creation.
