Peak season price surge will be automatically updated weekly to our products in late December to early March, especially during Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day. With shipment delays and lockdown restrictions around the world, there will be an inconsistent stream of flower supplies, hence, flowers will be substituted to maintain the overall apperance. RETURN & REFUND

  • All purchases made from www.huaflorist.com are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Any cancellation or sudden change of delivery date will not be accepted.
  • HuaFlorist will not be liable for any product once delivery has been made and acknowledged or collected by the recipient.
  • Flowers and goods will be left at the doorstep or concierge if there is any unsuccessful delivery where recipients are not present during the time of delivery. HuaFlorist will not be responsible for any losses or damages caused once delivery is made and the recipient has been notified.

FLOWER SUBSTITUTION

Due to the Covid-19 situation and lockdowns around the world, our flower supply faces many difficulties such as providing exact colors and varieties.  In the event that any flower or foliage is unavailable, the next closest flower with an equal or higher value will be substituted while maintaining the overall appearance of the arrangement If there is a need for substitution, our florists will substitute to an equal or greater value while still maintaining the general look and feel of the arrangement.  We seek your kind understanding during this period of time.
