CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

  • Any customization or personalize requests for pre-designed bouquets/arrangements are to be notified or confirmed by our team before orders are placed. We are not obliged to proceed with any requests once orders have been processed online.

STANDARD DELIVERY

  • To ensure the freshest and most available bloom, a minimum of 2 days advanced order is recommended. Certain flowers may and may not be available for same day/urgent orders. Please kindly contact us directly on WhatsApp +65 97931554.
  • Our couriers will deliver within the selected delivery window, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery time and when deliveries will arrive each day. Please ensure recipient is around during the delivery time range.
  • Surcharges may be applied during peak season and public holidays. Any changes to delivery time slot, address, instructions should be informed 24 hours in advance. Once delivery has been dispatched, change requests/delivery instructions will not be guaranteed, especially during peak season.

  • We deliver islandwide except Tuas, Jurong Island, Changi Airport, PSA, Jurong Port, and Military Bases. Additional charges will be applied to Sentosa and Loyang.

PEAK SEASON PRICE

Peak season surcharge automatically applies to all wedding packages during peak flower season (December to March & May), especially during Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day. With shipment delays and lockdown restrictions around the world, there will be an inconsistent stream of flower supplies, hence, flowers will be substituted to maintain the overall apperance. PAYMENT METHOD

  • Payment methods accepted include bank transfer and Paynow for essential wedding florals, venue decorations, car decorations and bespoke bouquets. Credit card payments are only available for website purchases.
  • 50% non-refundable deposit is required for booking confirmation for all wedding packages. The remaining payment is to be completed 2 weeks / 1 month before the event date. Booking priorities are given to those who have completed the booking deposit, regardless of the enquiry date.
  • Full payment is required for any ala-cartes / from our rate card.

RETURN & REFUND

  • All purchases made from www.huaflorist.com are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Any cancellation or sudden change of delivery date will not be accepted.
  • HuaFlorist will not be liable for any product once delivery has been made and acknowledged or collected by the recipient.
  • Flowers and goods will be left at the doorstep or concierge (for all hotel deliveries) if there is any unsuccessful delivery where recipients are not present during the time of delivery. HuaFlorist will not be responsible for any losses or damages caused once delivery is completed.

FLOWER SUBSTITUTION AND FLORAL DESIGN

  • If any flower or foliage is unavailable, HuaFlorist reserves the right to substitute with the next closest flower with an equal or higher value while maintaining the overall appearance of the arrangement.
  • We will use seasonal filler flowers and foliage to ensure the highest quality and variety in our floral arrangements.
  • Please be aware that the colors and sizes of flowers and foliage may vary depending on the season, natural conditions and certain lighting.
